Patrol officers have apprehended a suspect Thursday in an armed robbery that took place in the 3000 block of Duke Street.
ALEXANDRIA, VA -- The Alexandria Police Department is investigating an armed robbery Thursday in the 3000 block of Duke Street (see map below).
Police say a suspect brandished a knife and stole a bottle of wine at a store in the area. Patrol officers have apprehended the suspect, police said. Expect police activity in the area.
