Pool Contamination Closes Chinquapin Pool Friday
Pool closure means that the Family Fun Night on Friday is also cancelled.
The Chinquapin Park Recreation Center & Aquatics Facility Rixse Pool is closed for the remainder of Friday, Nov. 13 due to water contamination, according to the City.
In addition, the Family Fun Night planned for the evening of Friday, Nov. 13 is also cancelled.
The remainder of the Chinquapin Park Recreation Center will remain open during normal operating hours, and the entire facility will open as scheduled at 8 a.m. on Saturday, November 14.
