Report: Lorien Hotel and Spa Sells for $45 Million
New owner plans to keep Kimpton on board.
The Lorien Hotel and Spa on King Street was recently sold to Illinois-based Inland American Lodging Group Inc., according to the Washington Business Journal.
The hotel was sold for $45 million, several millions less than what it cost to build.
DSF Group of Massachusetts developed the 107-room luxury spot located at 1600 King St. in 2009.

Inland plans to keep Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants as the hotel’s management firm, according to the report.
