Santa Visit on King Street Trolley Saturday Rescheduled Due to Weather
Look for Santa's arrival on the trolley into Old Town next week, organizers said.
ALEXANDRIA, VA -- The King Street Trolley Welcomes Santa event, previously scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 17, has been canceled, organizers said Friday night.
Due to the predicted inclement weather for Saturday and the current winter weather advisory in effect, Santa will not be coming into Old Town on the King Street Trolley Saturday. However, stay tuned, Santa will be making a special appearance on the King Street Trolley next week, organizers said.
The King Street Trolley operates daily, every 10-15 minutes, between the King Street Metro to the waterfront. The schedule is:

- Sunday - Wednesday: 10 a.m. - 10:15 p.m.
- Thursday - Saturday: 10 a.m. - 12 a.m.
