"Old Town is a historic neighborhood with a unique aesthetic, and it was important to us to honor that history in the design and construction of this community," said Andy Coelho, senior vice president of development at Sunrise Senior Living. "We took cues from the surrounding 18th and 19th century architecture for the building’s exterior, improved the beautiful brick sidewalks for safety, and added trees along the sidewalks to keep that neighborhood charm. Inside, you have all the amenities, conveniences and safety features that one would expect when entering a Sunrise community."
