Winter Wonderland In Alexandria: A Snow Day In Photos
How does the snow look outside your home? Check out views of the snow around Alexandria.

With roads covered in snow and schools and government offices closed, many are snowed in Wednesday in Alexandria. And what else can we do but admire the view as we're outside shoveling, watching the kids play or warming up inside?
That's why we asked Patch readers to send photos of how the snow looks outside their windows. Preliminary snowfall measurements from the National Weather Service indicate Alexandria got over two inches, so the scene was set for perfect photo ops.
