Critical violation: Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Due to improper operation of the hot water, mechanical warewashing machine, the thermo dish temp reached 154F, indicating that food-contact surfaces of equipment and utensils are not being adequately sanitized.

The facility has an electronic copy of the updated menu but the menu in the restaurant has not been updated to include the disclosure statement.
Non-critical violation: Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed the handsink at the bar being used as a dump sink with a strainer in the basin preventing easy access to wash hands.
