68 Acres in Reston Put Up for Redevelopment

RESTON, VA — More development projects could be coming to Reston soon, as investment advisory firm ARA Newmark is showcasing 68 acres worth of land along Hunter Mill Road at an upcoming "information session" for interested buyers.

The meeting will be held at a conference center in McLean at 10 a.m. on Thursday, and it will focus on the "Hunter Mill Assemblage."

"After a multigenerational family ownership, these Properties will be offered to the open market for the first time," according to an email that was sent to interested buyers. "THMA, consisting of two tracts of 46 and 22 acres, is located on the north side of The Dulles Toll Road on both the East and West sides of Hunter Mill Road. The tracts are being offered separately but may be purchased together."

ARA Newmark says these properties would be ideal for many types of development, including residential, mixed-use, private schools or religious institutions, to name a few.

Offers for the properties are due April 21 at 5 p.m.
