RESTON, VA — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented and changing times.
Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these heroes making a difference in their communities. Together with Ring, we’re working to let all your neighbors know about these outstanding people and their stories.

Hero's job: Child care or elder care
Reason for recognition: Ms. Jolivette is a dedicated childcare worker that every day travels over 50 miles to open the doors to her center, located in Reston. Ms. Jolivette makes sure that guidelines are followed every day; she also goes the extra mile to keep the student safe.
One thing to know: The dedication of Ms. Jolivette and her staff is amazing!
