Best Reston-Area Pumpkin Patches 2020

RESTON, VA — Along with crisp air and turning leaves, a fall tradition for many families is a visit to a local pumpkin patch. And while the coronavirus pandemic of 2020 has caused some of the region’s pumpkin patches to modify how they operate, quite a few will be open this fall. We have hours, attractions and activities as the pumpkin-picking season ramps up.

In many cases, coronavirus precautions have merely changed — not shut down — area pumpkin patches and their entertainment options. Below is a list of some of our favorite pumpkin patches near Reston:

Attractions: Pumpkin boon bounce, bouncy slides, inflatable corn maze, train rides, and farm animals.
Hours: Timed entries for 9 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m., and 5 p.m. Enjoy 90 minute visits.
Pricing: $2o per child; entrance for one adult is paid with child's ticket, $5 for on additional parent or guardian; children age 2 and under free with a paid child's ticket.

Attractions: Experience a hayride from inside your own vehicle. Check vehicle requirements before purchasing tickets.
