Comstock Submits Plans for Huge Reston Station Expansion: Report
Reston Station is going to get yet another addition of residential, retail and office space.
RESTON, VA — Developer Comstock Partners has submitted plans for a big new expansion at Reston Station, proposing a mixed-use project with 500 residential units and a lot of retail and office space, according to a report.
The Washington Business Journal reports that along with the residential units, Comstock also wants to install 91,000 square feet of retail and 178,000 square feet of either office or hotel space at the new location, located at 11321 Sunset Hills Road.
The property is currently occupied by a one-story office condo complex. The site has been under contract with Comstock since October, although it has not yet been purchased. Comstock intends to call it The Promenade at Reston Station.
