Enjoy healthy, delicious food and make a difference at the same time! Join Food For Neighbors for the grand opening of Sweetgreen’s 1824 Library Street location in Reston on Saturday, March 27th. For every meal sold on opening day, Sweetgreen will donate a meal to Food For Neighbors!

Through this partnership, Food For Neighbors will be able to provide area teens with fresh, nutritious food.”

Food For Neighbors is a five year-old, 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a mission of ending child hunger in Northern Virginia by raising awareness and community involvement. To date, the nonprofit has mobilized neighborhoods to support 23 middle and high schools, resulting in the collection of over 168,000 pounds of food. Over 1,500 households now regularly donate food on a bi-monthly basis and over 1,000 community members volunteer during each collection.
