Glory Days Eyes Summer 2014 Opening

New Northpoint location will bring more than 100 jobs to Reston.

Glory Days Grill will start construction at its new Reston location in spring 2014, with an expected opening in summer 2014, a company spokeswoman said.

The local sports bar and restaurant chain announced last week it signed a lease to take over the space at 1400 Northpoint Village. That storefront has been vacant since Blockbuster Video closed in March of 2011.

The restaurant - the company's 15th Virginia location - will be about 5,500 square feet indoors and also feature a 350-square-foot patio.
