Lincoln at Wiehle Rebranded As Russell at Reston Station
After purchasing Lincoln at Wiehle in December, Snell Properties has announced a new name for the residential building.
RESTON, VA — Snell Properties recently announced the rebranding of the former Lincoln at Wiehle property to Russell at Reston Station. Snell, which is headquartered in Arlington, paid $100.5 million in December to purchase the property from Lincoln Property Company.
“For the new name, we were inspired by existing design elements at the property, which has a bold, contemporary, energetic feel with red pops of color,” Peter Colarulli, vice President of Snell Properties said, in a releasee. “The name ‘Russell’ taps into the community’s vibe, and we felt the full name ‘Russell at Reston Station’ is clear to the sense of place and catchy with its alliteration.”
Russell at Reston Station is located 11500 Commerce Park Drive in Reston, which is a 5-minute walk to the nearby Wiehle-Reston East Metro station. The residential property offers 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom floorplans with spacious layouts. Apartments include quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile backsplashes, vinyl plank floors, walk-in closets and oversized windows, according to a company release.
