Movies Under The Stars Tickets On Sale Now
Movies Under The Stars presents outdoor screenings of family friendly movies.
RESTON, VA — Reston residents looking to enjoy an outdoor movie experience without large crowds should check out the two upcoming Movies Under The Stars screenings. The free events take place in the upper parking lot behind the Moby Dick House of Kabob at Woodland Park Crossing.
Registration is now open for the Friday, Sept. 4 screening of "The Great Showman" on a first come first serve basis — 18 spots for up to four in each group. Starring Hugh Jackman, this movie celebrates the birth of show business and the rise of a visionary showman who turned a spectacle into a worldwide sensation. "The Princess Bride" will be the Movies Under The Stars screening on Friday, Sept. 11.
Seating is limited due to the coronavirus pandemic. A maximum of four people per group are allowed and attendees must bring their own seating. Masks are required when moving to and from assigned seating areas, as well as indoors when accessing the restrooms. A prize will be given to the best mask. In addition, reserved seating areas follow county guidelines for physical distancing between groups.
