Opening Tuesday: California Tortilla at Northpoint

A new California Tortilla will open its doors at Reston's Northpoint Village Center on Tuesday - and the new owners invite the community to check out the new look - and celebrate with free burritos Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

California Tortilla was formerly located at the same spot - 1470 Northpoint Village Center - until it closed its doors in July 2012.

The former franchise owner (California Tortilla is locally owned by franchisees) left the business, a California Tortilla spokeswoman said.  The new store is owned by Seth Pankaj, who owns five other California Tortilla stores.
