Fairfax County Police found cartridge shells while investigating the report of a reckless discharge of a weapon recently in Reston.
RESTON, VA — Officers from the Reston District Station of the Fairfax County Police Department are investigating the reckless discharge of a weapon in Reston recently, according to the weekly crime report.
Employees at a building in the 1700 block of Torrey Pines Court told police they discovered bullet holes in the building around 1:18 a.m., on June 17. After a preliminary investigation, police found cartridge cases nearby. No one was reported injured.
