The listing states that it has more than 5,000 square feet, although it notes the official square footage is 3,858.

The house has a stately brick exterior, and the interior is nothing to sneeze at: hardwood floors, recessed lighting, a two-story foyer and a "dramatic" gas fireplace, according to the listing.

It has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. There's also a screened porch that you can use for entertaining.
