Potomac River ice formations created an incredible scene at Great Falls.

RESTON, VA -- A local captured a pretty amazing scene at Great Falls near Reston on Saturday during the brief stretch of extremely cold weather we got.
Twitter user Phil Yabut posted the images, which show eye-popping ice formations forming at the park after local temps plunged into the single digits (and colder, factoring in the wind chill).
