Taste Of Reston Canceled For 2020, Set To Return In June 2021
The Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce confirmed the 2020 Taste of Reston food festival has been canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
RESTON, VA — Reston gourmands and foodies are going to have to wait until next summer to enjoy the Taste of Reston food festival.
The Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce announced Monday that it was canceling the 2020 Taste of Reston due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
"Taking everything into account, this decision supports the community’s efforts to keep us safe and healthy during these unprecedented times," the chamber said, in a release.

The 2020 event was originally scheduled for Father's Day weekend this past June and was postponed due to the pandemic. Now, the 2020 event has been canceled and the 2021 Taste of Reston is due to return to the Reston Town Center on next year's Father's Day weekend, June 18-19, 2021.
Taste of Reston is the largest annual outdoor food festival in the region. Restaurant and community vendors are joined by live entertainment and a Family Fun Zone, to provide a two days of food and enjoyment in the heart of Reston.
