Volkswagen Signs Lease To Move North American HQ To Reston
Volkswagen Group of America has signed a 20-year lease as an anchor tenant in a new development under construction in Reston Town Center.

RESTON, VA — Volkswagen Group of America has signed a lease to relocate its North American headquarters to Reston Town Center in late 2023, according to a release.
VWGoA already leases numerous spaces throughout Northern Virginia for about 1,000 employees of the Volkswagen, Audi, Bentley, Bugatti and Lamborghini brands and VW Credit, Inc. The move will consolidate all of those employees in one location.
The company has signed a 20-year lease agreement for 196,000 square feet of space as an anchor tenant in Boston Properties' new 1.1 million square foot development under construction in the next phase of Reston Town Center. The new development will include a conference center, in-building parking with provisions for 300 electric vehicle chargers, and direct access to the newly built Silver Line of Washington’s Metrorail.
