What's Reston's Least Expensive Home?

A four-bedroom home on Cocquina Drive currently holds that title on Realtor.com.

RESTON, VA — Sure, super-nice houses are fun to look at and dream about, but most people hoping to move into Reston don't have massive budgets and might want something on the lower end of the scale. But just how far can your money go in an area that has seen such a huge rise in real estate prices? One home just off Dulles Toll Road should give you a pretty good idea.

At $309,000, this house at 2213 Cocquina Drive is the lowest listed single-family home in Reston on Realtor.com, and for that price, it comes with a decent amount of space: four bedrooms and two full baths on 1,040 square feet and a 3,286-square-foot lot, according to the listing.

And its location is pretty good, too. It is situated just off Sunrise Valley Drive, right around the corner from the U.S. Geological Survey and a hop, skip and a jump off the Dulles Toll Road via Fairfax County Parkway.
