2nd Suspect Sought In Idlewood Avenue Homicide In Richmond

Richmond Police Department detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating a second suspect in a homicide that occurred in April. The first suspect has remained at-large.

Tyeqwon Friend, 23, of Richmond, is wanted for murder, robbery and firearm violations in connection to the homicide of Alexander Leonard that occurred on April 21 on Idlewood Avenue. Friend is 6’ tall and weighs approximately 165 lbs. His photo is attached.
If you see Friend or know of his whereabouts call 911. Do not approach him. He should be considered armed and dangerous.

In May, detectives released a photo and information for another suspect in the homicide, Keion Taylor, 20. He remains wanted for murder and firearm violations in connection to the homicide. Taylor is 6’ tall and weighs approximately 160 lbs. His photo is also attached.
If you see Taylor or know of his whereabouts call 911. Do not approach him. He should also be considered armed and dangerous.
