ACS Launches "12 Days of Giving" Campaign on December 2nd

The American Cancer Society's mission continues to be at stake but there is still time to give this month.

The American Cancer Society's mission is and always will be to save lives, celebrate lives, and lead the fight for a world without cancer. While many aspects of our lives have paused due to COVID 19, cancer hasn't stopped so neither can we.

The pause of our community fundraising activities has resulted in a 40% drop in revenue, reducing funds available for research by 50%, as well as limiting funding available for patient programs

Now, more than ever, cancer patients and their loved ones are relying on the American Cancer Society to provide accurate information and guidance, as well as standard cancer information, advice, navigation and resource support and referral to meet their unique needs.

In an effort to raise much needed funds and awareness for the American Cancer Society, we are launching 12 Days of Giving on December 2nd through the 13th. Traditionally, Giving Tuesday is a movement to create an international day of charitable giving at the beginning of the holiday season.

Your donation can help save American Cancer Society research and patient programs in Virginia this holiday season.
