Nursing Home Appreciates Healthcare Workers, Wellness Wednesday

Valley Rehabilitation and Nursing Center had a Yoga & Breathing event to show appreciation for their healthcare workers.

Due to COVID, healthcare workers are experiencing burnout stress. Despite the stress and anxiety healthcare workers have demonstrated exceptional resilience and professional commitment since the start of the pandemic by continuing to provide care for patients. Valley Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Chilhowie, VA had a yoga and breathing event with Willow Tree Wellness on May 26th to show appreciation for their healthcare workers.

The Rehabilitation and Nursing Center dedicated a Zen space for their healthcare workers to unwind and release the anxiety and stress of the pandemic.
