The City of Roanoke and Roanoke City Public Schools have set aside federal funds to help families with childcare since most students will begin the school year virtually for the first nine weeks. Funding will support reimbursement directly to participating daycare providers of up to $21/day for placement at one of our partnering locations.

They include Kidsoar, YMCA, Boys and Girls Club of Southwest Virginia, Goodwill, Imagine Me Mentor, Blue Ridge Behavioral Health, West End Center, Science Center of Western Virginia, Café Arts and Sisters of Change.
