City Of Roanoke: Colonial Avenue Re-Opened To Vehicular Traffic

The section of Colonial Avenue from Winding Way to Robyn Road affected by the gas leak this morning, Monday, June 21, has been re-opened to vehicular traffic. Roanoke Fire-EMS has concluded their work with Roanoke Gas Co., and the area has been turned over the construction contractor.  However, flag crews will be directing traffic through that section of Colonial Avenue and drivers should expects delays as they travel in this area.
