The next meeting of Southeast Action Forum and stakeholders of the Belmont-Fallon Target Area is scheduled for Tuesday, July 13, at 6 p.m. at the Salvation Army, located at 724 Dale Ave. SE.  Agenda items include updates from Restoration Housing on restorations of 820 Dale Ave. and 920 Stewart Ave.; the Carilion Local Impact for Tomorrow project at Fallon Park Elementary; and the Financial Empowerment Center from Freedom First Credit Union.
