NOTICE OF REMOTE MEETING OF HOTEL ROANOKE

CONFERENCE CENTER COMMISSION

The Hotel Roanoke Conference Center Commission shall hold a meeting on May 26, 2021, at 1 p.m. by electronic means. Commissioners may participate from various remote locations via videoconference technology (Zoom). Information on how to access the meeting can be found at the Hotel Roanoke website. This meeting shall be streamed live for public viewing via Facebook Live and YouTube.

Copies of the Agenda for this meeting and written materials to be considered there by the Commissioners are available on the publicly accessible website of the Hotel Roanoke Conference Center. Meeting agenda and written materials can also be requested from Executive Director of the Commission Brian Mann, 540-853-8285, whose office is located within the Conference Center of Roanoke. Any member of the public may submit questions and commentary concerning this remote meeting to Mr. Mann at 106 Shenandoah Avenue, Roanoke, Virginia 24016 or by email at brian.mann@roanokeva.gov.
