Open Enrollment for 2021 Benefits will be November 2 through November 13, 2020.

COVID-19 - Things will look different this year. We have made changes to our processes to increase convenience and maintain the safety of our employees.

  • We will not offer in-person computer labs or presentations; however, there will be online presentations available to employees 24/7.
  • Benefit information will be sent via email and posted online. No paper packets will be sent to school locations.

IMPORTANT CHANGE to BENEFIT ENROLLMENT:

  • Current medical, vision and dental benefits will be AUTOMATICALLY ROLLED OVER as 2021 benefits. If you do not wish to make changes, you do not need to login to the Enrollment System during Open Enrollment.
  • TO MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR CURRENT ELECTIONS: You must login to the Enrollment System during Open Enrollment to make coverage changes, elect/waive benefits, add/drop dependents, or elect or re-elect an FSA for 2021.

Open Enrollment information will be sent via email and posted on the Human Resources Intranet page. Paper information will not be delivered to school locations. If you need paper information you can request a paper packet; call Human resources at 853-2502 or email the dedicated Open Enrollment email address: OpenEnroll@rcps.info
