CSC Moving Corporate Heaquarters to Tysons

Computer Sciences Corporation is moving its corporate headquarters from Falls Church to Tysons.

TYSONS, VA: Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) is moving its headquarters from Falls Church to Tysons.

CSC signed a lease at 1775 Tysons Boulevard in The Corporate Office Centre at Tysons II in Tysons, according to a Lerner Enterprises, a Washington, D.C. area developer, in a news release.

CSC will relocate its headquarters to initially occupy 61,678 square feet on two floors in the newest Tysons II project. CSC will open their new headquarters later this Spring 2016 and will join EY, who will begin building out their 125,000 headquarters later this year.

1775 Tysons Boulevard, a 476,000 square foot 17-story office tower, is currently under construction, delivering Spring 2016.

“We are extremely pleased that CSC chose 1775 Tysons Boulevard and The Corporate Office Centre at Tysons II for its new headquarters, underscoring their commitment to sustainability and a healthy work environment, as well as providing employees and their guests with the abundance of amenities within Tysons II,” stated Mark D. Lerner, a principal of Lerner, in the announcement.
