Locals Celebrate Monarch Condo Groundbreaking

Renaissance recently celebrated the groundbreaking of its Monarch condominium tower in Tysons. While touring the fully furnished model home inside the newly opened Monarch sales center at 1650 Tysons Boulevard, over 100 guests enjoyed treats from Mediterranean eatery Agora, which is scheduled to open in Tysons next month.

Designed to bring an unprecedented level of exceptional living and personalized service to rapidly transforming Tysons, the 20-story Monarch condominium tower is now under construction at 7887 Jones Branch Drive, with delivery scheduled for late 2020.

Monarch is the latest and most ambitious project of longtime Washington, DC area developer Renaissance, which has built thousands of single-family and multifamily homes throughout northern Virginia for over 35 years.
