TYSONS CORNER, VA -- A 13-story office building is set to be demolished beginning Wednesday to make way for a massive mixed-use project, according to media reports.
The building, near the Greensboro Metro station, will make way for The Boro, a 4.2-million-square-foot urban-style development that will include five apartment buildings, three office towers, a hotel, a movie theater, a public library, seven parks and retail space, including a Whole Foods grocery store, radio station WTOP reported.

The structure slated for demolition is the Enterprise Building at 8301 Greensboro Drive, the Washington Business Journal reported. It's part of the 18-acre campus of SAIC, a high-tech government contractor, which will be replaced by The Boro.
The Enterprise Building's demolition is expected to take about two weeks, WTOP reported. The building's windows and other interior parts have already been removed, and the entire structure will be completely removed in three months, WBJ said.
