Madison High Homecoming Game: Details, Road Closures

The state champion softball team will be honored before Madison's homecoming game against Washington-Lee.

VIENNA, VA—While Madison High School students get pumped for homecoming, Vienna residents should be aware of traffic closures for the parade.

The annual Homecoming Parade begins 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 22. It will start at the Vienna Presbyterian Church (Mill Street) and march down Maple Avenue to Madison High School. The team will face off against Arlington's Washington-Lee High School at 7 p.m.

The Town of Vienna says Maple Avenue will be closed as the parade passes through. It's expected to last 45 minutes, and the street will open up as the parade progresses.
