Merrifield Fall Festival Promises Beer Garden, Vendor Market

MERRIFIELD, VA — You won't need to go far for some seasonal fun when the Merrifield Fall Festival comes to town on Saturday, Sept. 28. The 15th annual event will be held from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Mosaic District.

The fall festival will include a Caboose Brewing Co. beer garden, Walsh Family Wine Garden, food, URBNmarket's upscale handmade and vintage market, FRESHFARM farmers market, children's activities, live music and more. The vendor will sell unique items such as home décor, jewelry, toys, clothes, plants, bath and beauty products and more. Mosaic District retailers will hold their own pop-up areas with special deals.

Live music will be held at the Strawberry Park Stage. Performers include The Reflex, Emma G and the band of Misfits, Most Savage Gentlemen, Calvin Thomas, Vicu and Kevin Olsen. Kids activities range from facepainting and photos with the Vienna Singing Princesses, art activities, pumpkin painting to a petting zoo and inflatable farm.

The event is held by the Mosaic District, Greater Merrifield Business Association, URBNMarket and FRESHFARM Market. Free parking is available at Mosaic District garages, and free shuttles from the Dunn Loring Metro will be provided.
