National Hot Dog Day: Specials Offered At Vienna Inn
If you're craving one of those Vienna Inn chili dogs, Wednesday is the time to get one.

VIENNA, VA—In between picnics and baseball games, there's no better time than summer to grab a hot dog. Perhaps there's no better reason to grab one on National Hot Dog Day, which falls on Wednesday, July 18. In Vienna, you don't have to do far to score a deal.
The Vienna Inn, famous for its chili dogs, is offering $1.99 hot dogs of any variety on Wednesday. The hot dogs are made to order and served plain or with cheese, chili, mustard or onion. But the most popular choice is the "loaded" chili dog.
"We offer a full menu of breakfast, lunch and dinner options but our Hot Dogs are still the most popular item on the menu," says Vienna Inn owner Marty Volk. "We often have people stop in from out of town to say they couldn’t leave without getting a dog, it’s become a tradition."

The restaurant says it sells a whopping 10,000 or more hot dogs each month. We suspect that number gets higher the month of National Hot Dog Day.
Vienna Inn has been a staple in the town for 58 years. Located at 120 Maple Ave E, it is open from 7 a.m.-midnight on Wednesday. For more information, visit www.viennainn.com.
