New Web Site Unveiled for Northern Virginia Parks, W+OD Trail
Find out what's going on at area parks, including the W+OD Trail, on their new Web site.

A new Web site has been unveiled for the Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority, which includes the 45-mile long Washington and Old Dominion Trail, popular with Vienna residents. The new Web site features photos, news, events, contacts and more.
The W&OD Trail adjacent to the Vienna Community Center near mile marker 11.5 is being relocated and widened as part of the community center’s renovation, according to the site.
In order to facilitate access to the construction site, the trail will be temporarily realigned for several months before being permanently relocated to its new location. The trail will remain open during normal operating hours during the construction. Trail users should USE CAUTION and MIND FLAGGERS while in the work zone.
