Police: Pedestrian at Fault in Friday Crash
Woman was taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries after incident at Gallows Road and Cottage Street.

Fairfax County police say a jogger was at fault in a car accident Friday morning that shut down part of Gallows Road.
The accident was reported to Fairfax County Police at 8:15 a.m., police spokesman Don Gotthardt told Patch on Friday.
An investigation later in the day determined the female victim was running in the area of Cottage Street and crossed Gallows Road against the crosswalk signal, Officer Eddy Azcarate told Patch.
No charges have been filed in the incident, Azcarate said.

The victim was both conscious and alert following the accident. Police shut down Gallows Road as she was transported to Inova Fairfax Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
No charges have been filed in the incident, Azcarate said.
