There’s good news for people who are tired of the rain: That rain system that stalled over Northern Virginia and dropped seven straight days of rain is heading out. Expect partly-sunny skies most of this week and daytime temperatures in the low 70s. Overnight lows will be in the 50s.

Also Tuesday, the Fairfax County Fire & Rescue Department’s Training Division will be hosting live fire training at 203 Battle Street SW. The training will be from about 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
