Tex-Mex Restaurant Urbano Opens At Mosaic District
The concept comes from Common Plate Hospitality, which runs several restaurants in Alexandria.
MERRIFIELD, VA — Urbano Mosaic, a Tex-Mex restaurant from Common Plate Hospitality, has opened at the Mosaic District.
Urbano Mosaic is a spinoff of Urbano116, a similar concept on lower King Street in Alexandria. The menu is the same as Urbano 116, except for the Rotisserie of the Day, weekend specials and Urbano's Famous Al Pastor in a variety of dishes. The menu covers items such as appetizers, ceviches, tacos, salads, fajitas, chimichangas, enchiladas, burritos, entrées and platters.
This is Common Plate Hospitality's first restaurant outside Alexandria. Its other restaurants are Urbano 116, Mason Social and Augie’s Mussel House and Beer Garden.
