Vienna Brewery, Coffeehouse Among NoVA's Best: Ranking

VIENNA, VA—Vienna can claim the best in a unique variety of food and drink categories, according to the latest "Best of NOVA" results.

Northern Virginia Magazine annually compiles readers' picks for a number of categories, from food to entertainment and shopping. In the food and drink category alone, Vienna is represented well, scoring wins for best coffeehouse, brewery, brewpub, dive bar and taco.

Leading the pack was Caboose Brewing Co., which was named best brewpub in the nightlife section and best brewery in the drink section. "Caboose crafts its beers in its 15-barrel brewhouse on-premises," Northern Virginia Magazine writes. "Caboose has its beer selection covered, from a variety of ales to Belgian-style witbier to stouts and double IPAs."

Caffe Amouri won the title of best coffeehouse for its varieties of small-batch roasted coffee, while Vienna Inn's famous chili dogs and drink offerings helped it be named the best dive bar.

In the food section, Taco Bamba unsurprisingly claimed best taco. "There’s a serious commitment to quality ingredients, with some tacos leaning more traditional (carne asada, carnitas, lengua) and others with funky touches (Ranch dressing, bacon, French fries)," states the magazine.
