Wolf Trap Announces Summer 2019 Movies In Concert
Viewers can watch favorites like "Harry Potter" and "Coco" while an orchestra performs the scores live.
VIENNA, VA—The only thing better than a summer movie under the stars is one with musical accompaniment. Wolf Trap will hold several summer movies with live performances of the scores.
Performances of "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire," Disney Pixar’s "Coco" and "E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial" will feature the National Symphony Orchestra. The fourth movie, "Sound of Music," will be a sing-a-long to "Sound of Music."
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire in Concert: Friday, July 5 and Saturday, July 6, 8:30 p.m.

The National Symphony Orchestra will perform every note from "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire," the fourth movie in the series. Viewers will see the movie on giant HD screens while hearing the orchestra perform Patrick Doyle’s score live to the picture. All are encouraged to dress like characters from the movie.
Disney Pixar’s Coco: In Concert Live to Film: Saturday, July 27, 8:30 p.m.

This family movie won Oscars for Best Original Song and Best Animated Feature Film in 2017 with a musical score by Michael Giacchino. The story follows Miguel, who travels to the Land of the Dead, where he searches for his great-great-grandfather and finds out more about his family in the process.
E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial In Concert, Friday, Aug. 2, 8:30 p.m.
This classic from director Steven Spielberg is one of the most memorable in movie history. It follows the story of an alien who befriends a boy named Elliott. The movie is complete with John Williams’ Academy Award-winning score performed live.
Sing-A-Long Sound of Music: Saturday, Aug. 24, 7:15 p.m.
This classic family movie has captivated audiences for over 50 years. The movie will be presented with on-screen lyrics so viewers can sing along. A costume contest will happen at 7:15 p.m., and the film begins at 7:40 p.m.
