ALDI Begins $600,000 in Renovations at Seminary Plaza
Teel Construction, headquartered in Great Falls, is handling the build out of the store.

ALDI plans to spend about $600,000 on the renovation of its new grocery store in Seminary Plaza and should start construction soon, according to the building permit issued this week by the City of Alexandria.
The low-cost grocery chain coming to 4604 Kenmore Ave., should begin construction soon in the nearly 24,000-square foot space. The permit expires Dec. 18.
Shoppers will likely be flocking to the new store — Magruders closed in the space back in January 2013.
