Alexandria Holds Community Meeting on Zika and Mosquito Control

The City of Alexandria encourages the public to attend the meeting on Wednesday, August 17 and learn how to "Fight the Bite!"

Are you concerned about Zika, West Nile Virus or other mosquito borne diseases? Come learn what the City is doing and what you can do to help “Fight the Bite!”

Throughout the summer, the Health Department is hosting community information meetings on the third Wednesday of each month at various locations in Alexandria. The next meeting will be this Wednesday, August 17, 6:30-7:30 p.m., at William Ramsay Rec Center (5650 Sanger Ave).
