Cream Puffs Bakery to Open Friday in Bailey's Crossroads: Report

A boutique bakery that got its start in Japan is set to open Friday at 3 p.m. in the Skyline area of Bailey's Crossroads, according to a report by Eater DC.

The bakery, Beard Papa’s, makes ”the world’s best cream puffs” and other delicacies such as eclairs. It got its start in 1999 in Osaka, Japan and now numbers in the hundreds worldwide. No word on how the pastry shop got its name.
