Douglas MacArthur Kids Celebrate Earth Month
Students earn points for bringing in recyclables.

Douglas MacArthur Elementary School is celebrating Earth Month in April by keeping the local landfill clearer and earning money for charity.
Earth Month is an opportune time for the school’s celebration, according to a news release. The school participates in TerraCycle's free Brigade programs by sending in hard-to-recycle products and packaging and earning points for each piece they send in.
