Endangered Teen Missing From Lincolnia Area: Police
Have you seen this missing 16-year-old? He has been missing since last month.
LINCOLNIA, VA—Fairfax County Police are searching for an endangered missing teen in the Lincolnia area.
Richard Donaldo Hernandez Cruz, 16, was last seen April 22 in the 4900 block of Beauregard Street, which is close to the border with Alexandria. New information led detectives to believe he is endangered due to physical health concerns.
He is described as 5 foot 6, 130 pounds and with brown hair and eyes. If you have information, call 703-691-2131.
