The Alexandria and Arlington Commissions on Aging, in partnership with At Home in Alexandria (AHA!), are hosting a free workshop on home modifications from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 26 at the Fairlington Community Center, 3308 S. Stafford Street, Arlington, VA 22206.
Presenters will share design ideas on what to do now to keep your home fresh, vibrant and safe as you age. The workshop will include a panel of experts who will share practical tips on how to make modifications to your home while minimizing the financial costs, avoiding frauds and scams, and give information about local resources.
