Police Respond To More Shots Fired In Alexandria's West End
This is the second time in four days that the Alexandria Police Department has responded to gunshots on the West End.
ALEXANDER, VA — The Alexander Police Department responded to another “shots fired” call in the city’s West End on Monday night.
The gunshots were heard along the 200 block of Century Drive, police said.
"Again?!?" one resident posted on social media.

"Yo. Alexandria is wilding lately. SMH," another person commented on the police department's Facebook Page.
Just four days earlier, police also investigated “shots fired” along the 5400 block of Richenbacher Avenue.

In both cases, police made not mention of any victims or suspects.
There have been 46 confirmed cases of shots fired in Alexandria, an increase over last year’s 37 cases, ALXnow.com reported.
