ALEXANDRIA, VA -- Power outages are affecting traffic lights in West End Alexandria, police say. The outage is affecting main roads like Duke and Van Dorn Street in the West End near Interstate 395. The outage extends into the Alexandria area of Fairfax County.
Police ask drivers to treat affected intersections as four-way stops.
According to the Dominion Energy outage map, crews have been dispatched to the scene. Estimated time of restoration is 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. See the affected area below.
